Communications Assistant/Secretary

Western Nebraska Community College is currently accepting applications for a Communications Assistant/Secretary for our Scottsbluff Campus. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:  
Serve as College receptionist; respond to a variety of requests for information and assistance from students, faculty, staff, and the general public; provide information and directions to visitors and others, and provide general clerical support to the Administrative Services staff.

Qualifications:
Equivalent to completion of the 12th grade supplemented by specialized secretarial, clerical, or office administration training. Three years of responsible general clerical or secretarial experience.

Salary: 
Commensurate.

Start Date:  
Immediate.
