Technical Studies Instructor - Scottsbluff Campus

(with regular assignments in Sidney and Alliance)

Responsibilities:
Teach a range of career-technical courses, with an emphasis on welding, manufacturing, and regulation.  Evening and weekend classes may be scheduled, plus concurrent credit teaching for high school students.  The instructor is expected to be a generalist who is comfortable with both didactic instruction and supervised labexperiences for students.  Travel to other campus locations and area high schools as necessary. 

Qualifications:
Associates degree in a manufacturing related field plus 5-years of direct work industry related experience OR a bachelors degree in a manufacturing related field plus 3 years direct industry related work experience.  A combination of college certificates or diplomas in an related field and/or extensive direct work experience and industry credentials will also be considered.  American Welding Society Certifications preferred.  Authorized OSHA 500 and/or OSHA 501 trainer status preferred.  Class A or B CDL preferred.

Salary:
Commensurate, with excellent benefits package.

Fall 2017
