• Make a down payment immediately and arrange for monthly payments

You will be able to make payments by:

• Automatic payments from your checking or saving account
• Using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express

A payment plan is designed to give you flexibility in meeting your financial obligations to WNCC. Students who choose to use this payment plan may select installment plans that are spread over several months, depending on the length of the semester. Payments will be processed on the 20 th of each month. A nonrefundable enrollment fee to budget payments is $25.00 per semester. This fee will be collected according to the payment method you select.

In addition to the variety of payment plan choices available, you also have the convenience of paying online or by check, cash, or credit card as soon as you are registered if you do not have financial aid to cover your charges.

Using e-Cashier is simple. Just click on the e-Cashier logo.

Provide the information requested and click on the button at the bottom of each page. As soon as you click on the final Submit and Activate button, NBS will immediately implement your payment instructions. If a valid e-mail address is provided, an immediate acknowledgement of your enrollment through NBS e-Cashier is sent to that address. If an automatic payment is returned, a $25 NBS returned payment fee will be assessed for each returned payment.

After enrolling, log in to check your account at any time by choosing the My Facts Account logo on the WNCC website with your user ID and password obtained during your payment plan enrollment process.
