Patrons 13 and younger may need to wait for parental notification but Patrons 14 and older get a one time username and password delivered to their e-mail box immediately (with further instructions and tips for fool proof access).

Tips and Tricks
- Your username and password need only be used once because a cookie will be placed on your hard drive - make sure that cookies are enabled.

- If your username and password is forgotten you can have it resent to you by going to this webpage, http://auth.grolier.com/static/forgot_form.html.
