    Two years ago, Corbin Kloppenberg had his mind set on earning his Welding Technology Certificate at Western Nebraska Community College in minimal time so he could enter the workforce as soon as possible. "I came here with the mindset of I'll be here one year and be out," said Kloppenberg, of Elizabeth, Colo. "Then I was going to work." But Kloppenberg soon found it difficult to leave WNCC.     The Western Nebraska Community College chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success inducted 64 members Wednesday evening at the John. N Harms Center in Scottsbluff. In order to be inducted, students are required to attend three speaker broadcasts, one three-hour leadership-training day, submit three success networking team reports, and complete an orientation.     For four years, Jose Gonzalez of Gering has participated in the region's premier running event, the Platte Valley Companies Monument Marathon. "The people are what makes this marathon special, they motivate and encourage you the entire way and it's just such a positive vibe," Gonzalez said.   Gonzalez is a coach for the Guadalupe Boxing Club and began running as a way to gain endurance for boxing. ...
