    In February, Western Nebraska Community College launched two EntrepreneurShip Investigation (ESI) after school clubs for kids.  Over the past four months, 22 fourth, fifth, and sixth graders have learned valuable lessons about what it takes to be an entrepreneur.  One club meets in the John N.     Western Nebraska Community College and Nebraska Transport Company (NTC) are proud to announce the implementation of the NTC Academy, an innovative collaboration created to strengthen the NTC workforce.  The NTC Academy kicked off this morning with the first training session.  WNCC President Dr. Todd Holcomb was present to officially welcome NTC and their Chief Executive Officer Brent Holliday to the WNCC Business and Community Education Division.  ...     The Adult Education Department at Western Nebraska Community College is pleased to announce this year's annual GED Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 10, at 7:00 p.m. in the John N. Harms Advanced Technology Center on the Scottsbluff Campus.  Twenty-four graduates are expected to participate.  From April 2012 to April 2013, more than 80 students completed their GED requirements and became eligible to attend graduation.  This total includes students from the counties of Cheyenne, Dawes, Kimball, Morrill, Scotts Bluff, and Sheridan....     The Western Nebraska Community College Vocal Music Program celebrates the end of school with a morning concert on Saturday, April 27.  This free concert, open to the public, begins in the WNCC Little Theatre at 11:00 a.m.  Collegiate Chorale, Varsity Vocalise, Just Bluffin', and Quintessence will perform repertoire from the 2012-13 academic year.  Select soloists will be featured throughout the program.    ...     Western Nebraska Community College is excited to announce a new partnership with Bellevue University, a four-year institution that offers bachelor's and post graduate degrees.  Starting this fall semester, Bellevue University will offer classes on the WNCC Scottsbluff Campus.   WNCC President Dr. Todd Holcomb stated, "I knew of Bellevue's success and solid reputation before I even moved to Nebraska.  Now, I can say from experience that Bellevue is indeed a first-class higher education institution."  ...
