    The Western Nebraska Community College Vocal Music Program celebrates the end of school with a morning concert on Saturday, April 27.  This free concert, open to the public, begins in the WNCC Little Theatre at 11:00 a.m.  Collegiate Chorale, Varsity Vocalise, Just Bluffin', and Quintessence will perform repertoire from the 2012-13 academic year.  Select soloists will be featured throughout the program.    ...     Western Nebraska Community College is excited to announce a new partnership with Bellevue University, a four-year institution that offers bachelor's and post graduate degrees.  Starting this fall semester, Bellevue University will offer classes on the WNCC Scottsbluff Campus.   WNCC President Dr. Todd Holcomb stated, "I knew of Bellevue's success and solid reputation before I even moved to Nebraska.  Now, I can say from experience that Bellevue is indeed a first-class higher education institution."  ...     The Western Nebraska Community College Foundation will kick off its annual fundraising campaign Thursday, March 7.  A kick-off luncheon for campaign volunteers will begin at noon in the Harms Advanced Technology Center.  The goal of the campaign is to raise $135,000 for the annual fund, which supports Foundation operations as well as providing unrestricted funds to support WNCC student, faculty, and facilities needs at all three WNCC campuses.  ...     Emerging Voices is extending the submission deadline for students, faculty, and staff toFriday, March 1. The WNCC journal of literature and art seeks poetry (typed, up to 3 poems per person), short stories and essays (typed, doubled spaced up to 2,500 words per story, 3 stories per person), artwork and photography (up to 5 per person).
