    Western Nebraska Community College wrapped up its version of the weight-loss show "The Biggest Loser" competition Monday, Feb. 29.   The college wide six-week event was open to all WNCC students, staff, and faculty. Thirteen teams of two participated in the contest, won by Powerline Maintenance & Construction instructor Ed Salazar and Bookstore and Cougar Den Director Rich Riddick, who had a 20.09 percent weight loss and dropped 41 pounds.   "Rich helped in keeping me motivated with sharing his progress," said Salazar. ...     Western Nebraska Community College's Nursing Program recently conducted a simulation learning activity on the Scottsbluff Campus for practical and associate degree nursing students. 62 students representing all three WNCC campuses (Alliance, Scottsbluff, and Sidney) gathered at the John N.
