Program Overview Agricultural and food scientists work to ensure agricultural productivity and food safety. The Agricultural Science (Pre) emphasis area is designed to provide you with a course of study that allows you the opportunity to complete an A.S. degree at WNCC as well as provide the first two years of course work for articulation with the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, toward a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree. The bachelor’s-level work through UNL is offered through on-site and online options, affording site-bound students an opportunity to complete a bachelor’s degree program at home.
