Endowments
What is an endowment fund?
An endowment fund is established by a donor through the Foundation and acts as a long-term investment in which the principle remains intact and creates a source of income (through fiscally responsible investments) in order to fund a scholarship, program, or some other purpose over a period of time. Download our Endowment Agreement to learn more about the rights and responsibilities of the donor and the Foundation in order to establish an endowed fund.
The Foundation is pleased to offer a variety of endowed scholarship awards to students enrolled at Western Nebraska Community College. These scholarships are made possible through the generous gifts of individual donors and through memorial gifts made to the Foundation. Thank you to our sponsors who make these scholarships possible.
