Adult Education Remote GED Examiner (Part-time) 

Western Nebraska Community College is currently accepting applications for the part-time position of Adult Education General Education Development (GED) Examiner.  This position can be based out of our Alliance, Scottsbluff, or Sidney, Nebraska campus.  The hours for this part-time position will vary both in scheduled work times and number of hours per week, based on testing need.  Hours may range from 0-28 hours per week.  Evening hours will be required; no weekends.

Travel throughout the Nebraska Panhandle to conduct testing sessions in accordance with Pearson VUE policies and procedures.  Transport and maintain testing equipment and set up equipment at remote testing sites. 

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university required.  Three years of experience in teaching, training, counseling, or testing; or college-level coursework and experience as a testing proctor at the discretion of the jurisdictional GED Administrator preferred.  Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record that does not exclude the driver from coverage under WNCC’s vehicle insurance required.
